What I think of this quote is it is trying to say that no matter how wealthy you are or how much money you have, you will have a poor heart. Not everyone necessarily that is wealthy has a poor heart, but the majority of people that own lots of money don't care about others. They only think about themselves, all they think about is how much they spent and how they will make more money. They think about what is best for them, and not for other people around them. They don't think about the community, or the well being of others. Now if you have a great personality and you do great choices, and you think about others and put them first, you have a great heart. If you have a great attitude and never think on the negative side, you have a wealthy heart. You have a wealthy heart because you think of others and never make others feel any less of themselves.
